This privacy statement applies to Dijkshoorn Euromovers. In this Privacy Statement we define the way we collect, use, store and disclose personal information.

Privacy policy

The protection of the privacy of our customers or potential customers and employees is of great importance for the responsible use of our offers, websites, information systems and communication in general. Dijkshoorn Euromovers will never disclose or sell personal information. This policy is communicated to all employees of Dijkshoorn Euromovers and employees of external parties with whom we cooperate or who are hired, suppliers and customers.

Personal information

Personal information is information about an identifiable person that may consist of;

  • Name, address, email address and telephone number
  • Financial information such as credit card or other bank details
  • Passport details, social security information and other information required for the moving and storage services we provide.
  • Other data, such as IP address or internet site

Gse and purpose of data collection

The personal information that is made available to us within the framework of the applicable data protection legislation is only used for the purpose of collection, processing and use. Dijkshoorn adheres to the Dutch legislation and will - if necessary - inform you in advance about the purpose of the information requested and collected by us. Your personal data will be stored by us and used to be of service to you when you register via our contact form on our website, by telephone or e-mail or when you send us your information and data for reasons other than those mentioned here. In order to conclude and process agreements and for other services such as newsletters containing information about new services and products, we need information such as name, address or e-mail address. We may also use your information for our relocation management system and for the surveys we send out in order to expand or improve our service to our customers.

Disclosure to third parties

We will only use and disclose your personal information in circumstances necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. We will partly exchange data with agents who are involved in the performance of the services you have requested and who will process the data in that context. These agents may only process this data in accordance with our instructions. The agents are carefully selected. We will never sell your data to third parties.


The security of your personal information is our top priority. We protect personal information from unauthorized access (both physical and digital) in line with our IT policies and procedures. We take appropriate security measures against

We monitor compliance with our privacy policies and procedures and have procedures in place to deal with privacy-related complaints and disputes. All Dijkshoorn employees are aware that a violation of the rules and procedures of this policy may result in disciplinary action. If you believe that your personal information is not being handled in accordance with applicable law or our privacy policy, you may submit a complaint to the Dijkshoorn Euromovers Quality Manager. Your complaint will then be investigated.
